Mian Tahir Javed is a distinguished developer, philanthropist, and visionary leader with more than 35 years of experience in land development, town planning, and construction. He is the Founder and Chairman of Urban Developers (Chartered Town Planners), Health & Education Foundation (H&EF) and Mian Tahir Javed Foundation, a nationally recognized organization established in 1980 that has successfully delivered landmark residential, commercial, and mega housing projects, including Central Park Housing Scheme, Air Avenue Housing Scheme, luxury apartments, commercial towers, and recreational developments.

Deeply committed to social welfare, he also serves as Chairman of the Health & Education Foundation (H&EF), which established Central Park Medical College and a 600-bed Central Park Teaching Hospital in Lahore—institutions dedicated to quality medical education, scholarships for deserving students, and accessible healthcare services for the underprivileged.

Through the Mian Tahir Javed Foundation, he extends humanitarian support in the form of food assistance, livelihood programs, education, healthcare, mosque construction, and community development initiatives.
